About The Position
The purpose of this position is to perform manual labor involved with the development of a wide variety of projects. Work includes, but is not limited to, concrete work, preparing work sites, setting grades and forms, coordinating utility spotting, building maintenance, minor electrical repairs, installing signs and fencing, installing drainage, completing earthwork operations, and welding. Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor on a wide variety of development projects.
- Perform concrete work.
- Prepare work sites and set grades and forms.
- Coordinate utility spotting.
- Perform building maintenance and minor electrical repairs.
- Install signs and fencing.
- Install drainage.
- Complete earthwork operations and welding.
