About The Position

The Shuttle Driver is responsible for guests’ and owners’ experience from arrival through the end of their stay, creating customer delight in every interaction and exceeding expectations. The role operates transportation shuttles on designated routes throughout the property while maintaining the safety of guests and owners. The driver keeps shuttles clean, reports maintenance needs, assists guests with luggage as needed, and welcomes guests while providing information about the area and site.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must have a current and valid driver's license.
Must have held a driver's license for at least three years before operating a company vehicle transporting passengers or a commercial vehicle.
Must meet company-required motor vehicle policy standards.
Must be familiar with driving in inclement weather and winter conditions.
Must have good knowledge of the Lake Tahoe area, including its attractions and activities.
Must have good verbal skills and the ability to communicate with guests and owners.
Must be able to repeatedly lift luggage weighing 50–75 lbs.

Nice To Haves

Ability to speak multiple languages.
Previous shuttle bus driving, valet, and/or bell person experience.

Responsibilities

Operate transportation shuttles on designated routes throughout the property while maintaining guest and owner safety.
Maintain shuttle cleanliness and report maintenance needs.
Assist guests with luggage on and off the bus as needed.
Welcome guests pleasantly and provide area and site information as an ambassador of goodwill.
