About The Position

The Shuttle Driver transports guests to and from the hotel, airport, and local destinations in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner while following safe driving practices. The role also includes assisting guests with baggage, maintaining the hotel vans, providing local directions, and completing a nightly security walk. The position is with Arbor Lodging, a hotel investment and management company whose culture is people-focused, data-driven, and results-oriented.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Must pass a DMV and background check.
• 1 to 3 years of experience as a hotel shuttle driver or in a similar role.
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Schedule flexibility.
• Great personality and willingness to go above and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Transport guests by hotel shuttle to and from the airport and other guest-requested locations.
• Assist guests with transporting baggage to and from the lobby.
• Keep vans clean and in top running condition.
• Report needed repairs to management.
• Provide guests with local directions in a courteous and accurate manner.
• Complete a nightly security walk and report findings.
