About The Position

Shamin Hotels is hiring Shuttle Drivers to transport guests among nine hotels near Richmond International Airport, the airport, and nearby destinations. Drivers welcome guests, help with luggage, provide local recommendations, and help create a positive experience on each ride. The role includes short local routes and interaction with a variety of travelers. No hotel experience or CDL is needed; the employer says it will teach the rest. Full-time employment with benefits or part-time work is available.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; no CDL required.
Ability to lift luggage weighing up to 50 pounds.
Comfort driving 4–8 hours in a shift.
Availability to work some early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Enjoy helping people and providing guest service.

Responsibilities

Pick up guests at the airport and transport them safely to any of the nine hotels.
Drive routes between the hotels, the airport, and nearby destinations.
Help guests with their luggage.
Provide local recommendations to guests.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks.
Keep the shuttle clean and guest-ready.
Log mileage and passenger counts.
Communicate with the team about flight delays and schedule changes.
