About The Position
Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a service-oriented Bellperson/Shuttle Driver to join the team at Graduate by Hilton Eugene. The role supports hotel guests by assisting with luggage and other requests, and transporting guests in the hotel van. This is a tipped-eligible position. Eligible associates may receive paid time off under the Company’s policy; specific compensation and benefit details will be discussed during the interview process. Requirements
- At least one year of experience as a bellperson.
- At least a high school education.
- Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check and drug screening.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to exceed guest expectations.
Responsibilities
- Assist guests with carrying luggage and other items to their rooms.
- Help guests change rooms, deliver messages, or request taxis.
- Operate the hotel van to transport hotel guests.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the hotel van.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
