About The Position

The Parking Spot is hiring professional, non-CDL Shuttle Drivers to safely and courteously transport customers between its parking facilities and airport terminals. Drivers provide customer service, assist with luggage, and help ensure a positive guest experience. The role pays $17.05 per hour plus cash and mobile tips, with regular bonus opportunities. The position is part-time with evening and overnight scheduling.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Maintain a satisfactory driving record in accordance with the Employee Handbook.
• Hold and maintain applicable licenses or badges required by governing authorities to operate a commercial vehicle.
• Be willing to pass a physical as required by airport, federal DOT, and/or state regulations.
• Read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the public, understand highway traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and complete reports and records as required by DOT regulations.
• Safely lift up to 50 pounds to assist with luggage, with or without an accommodation.

Nice To Haves

• Previous driving and/or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport up to 15 passengers between airport terminals and The Parking Spot locations while following safe driving practices.
• Perform appropriate pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Greet customers and offer assistance with their luggage.
• Provide pleasant customer service.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the parking facility and airport terminals.
• Cooperate with team members to provide the best possible service.
• May cross-train for other frontline positions as directed by management.
• Comply with applicable regulations and requirements for operating commercial vehicles.
• Perform additional duties reasonably requested by management.
