About The Position

W.B. Mason is hiring a full-time Shuttle Driver to transport goods between its warehouses. The role focuses on timely, safe, and accurate transportation, with responsibility for loading and off-loading the shuttle truck using a forklift or other Material Handling Equipment (MHE). The company provides and requires training and certification before employees may use each individual piece of MHE. The role requires working independently, managing time, meeting deadlines, and frequently lifting more than 50 pounds.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Class A or B CDL with at least 1 year of experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage time appropriately.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to frequently lift 50+ lbs.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT medical certificate.

Responsibilities

• Transport goods between warehouses safely and on time.
• Load and off-load the shuttle truck using a forklift or other Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Handle deliveries with care and maintain timeliness and accuracy.
• Use MHE only after completing the required company-provided training and certification.
