•$60,000 - $70,000

About The Position

Performance Foodservice is a broadline food distributor serving local businesses and institutions, including independent restaurants, hotels, healthcare facilities, schools, and quick-service eateries. Its teams work closely with customers to support operations, menu development, product selection, and business strategies. The Shuttle Driver transports empty trailers to Operating Company warehouse locations and delivers full trailers to domicile or shuttle-yard locations. The role drives tandem trailers, tractor-trailers, and/or straight trucks on intrastate and interstate routes, following predetermined schedules and applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. The driver communicates professionally with customers, vendors, and coworkers and performs assigned duties in support of the company. The position pays $60,000–$70,000 annually, with a quarterly performance incentive of $450 plus a $200 kicker; earning all four quarterly incentives results in $2,000. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available subject to terms, and people who worked for a PFG-owned company within the previous six months are ineligible for that incentive. The schedule is described as Sunday–Friday, with one to three trips dispatching between 2:30 p.m. and midnight depending on load.
