About The Position

Creighton University is seeking dependable, service-oriented, experienced Shuttle Drivers to support campus transportation. This is a part-time role for evening and night shifts, offering flexible driving schedules ranging from 10 to 30 hours per week. Shifts are available between 3:00 p.m. and 2:00 a.m., Monday through Friday, as well as weekends. This role offers an opportunity to serve a vibrant university community while enjoying flexible, part-time work in a welcoming environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 6 months of relevant driving experience
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid U.S. driver’s license (2+ years), with clean driving record

Nice To Haves

• CDL Drivers highly preferred
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with passenger endorsement preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate shuttle buses, passenger vans, and other University vehicles on fixed routes, on-demand services, and assigned trips
• Follow all traffic laws and Department of Transportation (DoT) regulations
• Complete required DoT logs and documentation each shift
• Perform routine vehicle checks, basic maintenance, and refueling
• Report maintenance issues, route concerns, or passenger-related incidents
• Provide excellent customer service to students, faculty, and staff
