About The Position

We are seeking a Shuttle Coordinator/Parking Lot Attendant to work in the Worcester area. This position involves being outside for the duration of your shift - monitoring employee parking and ensuring arriving vehicles are parked in the appropriate areas. Work with our Shuttle operation in a dispatch capacity. The attendant will also assist in directing them into available spaces, and other tasks as directed by management. This is a PT position, shifts are 5:30am-9am Monday - Friday Mornings - with more hours also needed when events are taking place. If FT is desired, we can consider combining this with another role. Pay starts at $18/hour. Staff can expect to be outside for the duration of their shift.

Requirements

• Customer Service Experience is a must.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays when necessary
• Must have a neat appearance and a good attitude
• All employees must undergo a criminal records check

Nice To Haves

• Security experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greeting all patrons to a facility in a polite manner and providing them with assistance or instructions
• Directing traffic, pointing patrons into parking spots
• Being outside and visible for the duration of a scheduled shift
• Filling out necessary paperwork involved in daily operations
• Providing umbrella service for patrons on rainy days
• Providing security services and contacting police/management in the event of an intrusion
• Recording vehicle counts
• Communicating effectively with customers and coworkers. This includes radio contact.
• Helping customers if they are in distress
• Putting out necessary equipment at the beginning of a shift and putting it away at the end of a shift (i.e. signs, cones etc.)
• Maintain a professional appearance and be polite and courteous
• Monitoring employee parking and ensuring arriving vehicles are parked in the appropriate areas.
• Work with our Shuttle operation in a dispatch capacity.
• Assist in directing vehicles into available spaces.
