This role is essential in ensuring that parking spaces remain available for bank customers and that the lot is clean, orderly, and welcoming. Requirements

Strong attention to detail and ability to stay alert during shifts
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Comfortable working outdoors in varying summer weather conditions
Dependable and punctual
Must demonstrate strong customer service skills
Candidates must be available to work Saturdays and have a flexible schedule
Average 20 hours per week
1+ years of work experience
High School Degree/Equivalent

Responsibilities

Monitor the parking lot to ensure spaces are used by bank customers only
Politely direct non-customer vehicles to alternative parking options when necessary
Maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorized parking
Keep the parking area clean by removing trash and litter regularly
Report any safety concerns, suspicious activity, or maintenance issues to branch management
Provide general assistance and directions to customers as needed
