About The Position

As a member of the Front End Customer Service Team, you will ensure customers have a positive shopping experience. This role involves providing excellent customer service through friendly conversation, careful handling of bagged items, and maintaining a clear and safe parking lot. You will help create a lasting impression, turning first-time shoppers into loyal Wegmans customers.

Requirements

• Availability Requirement for this role: Morning (including weekends).
• Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older

Responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance and safety of the parking lot, gather shopping carts and pick up garbage
• Engage customers in friendly conversation while making eye contact and smiling
• Proactively offer additional assistance or services and thank the customer for shopping at Wegmans
• Offer additional service during inclement weather
