Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay alert during shifts
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying summer weather conditions
- Dependable and punctual
Responsibilities
- Monitor the parking lot to ensure spaces are used by bank customers only
- Politely direct non-customer vehicles to alternative parking options when necessary
- Maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorized parking
- Keep the parking area clean by removing trash and litter regularly
- Report any safety concerns, suspicious activity, or maintenance issues to branch management
- Provide general assistance and directions to customers as needed
