About The Position
Fletcher Home is seeking outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic Shows & Events Promoters to join their team. The role involves being the face of Fletcher Home at community events, fairs, and shows, engaging with people, sharing information about the company's services, and helping homeowners initiate home improvement projects. The company culture is described as upbeat, confident, and hard-working, with a focus on quality and professionalism in delivering exterior remodeling services in Northern Virginia.
Requirements
- Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Outgoing, personable, and comfortable starting conversations
- Effective communicator in person, by phone, text, and email
Nice To Haves
- Experience in customer service or sales is a plus
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers at shows, fairs, and events
- Represent Fletcher Home and share our services (roofing, siding, windows, doors, decks, baths)
- Maintain a friendly, energized, and approachable demeanor
- Schedule appointments for interested homeowners
- Arrive on time and ready to go for all scheduled shifts
