We’re looking for a Warehouse Associate (Trade Shows & Events) who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and takes pride in organization, precision, and execution. In this role, you’ll join our Addison team and help ensure our event assets are prepped, staged, and ready to shine when they hit the show floor.

Requirements

  • 6–12 months of warehouse, logistics, or hands-on operational experience (or equivalent training).
  • Comfort operating forklifts and working in an active warehouse setting.
  • Strong attention to detail—you can follow pull lists and catch what others might miss.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Ability to read technical drawings (or willingness to learn quickly).
  • Solid communication skills and a team-first attitude.
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

  • Keep our operation moving by supporting all areas of the warehouse—receiving, staging, logistics, and shipping.
  • Operate forklifts daily to pull, move, and organize event materials and client assets.
  • Prepare and stage components for trade show booths, including hybrid and custom builds.
  • Read and interpret CAD drawings to accurately pull materials for each project.
  • Ensure all assets are maintained in ready-to-ship, show-ready condition.
  • Perform routine inventory checks using our inventory management system.
  • Monitor asset quality, flagging any damage or refurbishment needs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and tour-ready warehouse environment.
  • Work independently while staying aligned with production schedules and team priorities.
