Experience without limits — in your work, your growth, and your impact. We’re looking for a Warehouse Associate (Trade Shows & Events) to join our Global Operations team in Oakville, CA. In this role, you’ll be hands-on in our warehouse, ensuring client and rental assets are organized, well-maintained, and ready to ship. From pulling materials for hybrid booths to operating forklifts and staging assets, you’ll play a vital part in helping us deliver excellence for our clients.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree, technical training, or equivalent experience (6 months–1 year in a related role).
  • Comfortable operating forklifts and working in a warehouse environment.
  • Ability to follow detailed pull lists.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Strong communication skills—able to collaborate across teams and with clients.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

  • Support all aspects of warehouse operations—including RIs, AV, express orders, logistics, receiving, offloading, and staging
  • Operate forklifts daily to pull and organize client assets.
  • Maintain client and rental assets in “ready-to-ship” condition and complete RIs for all assets.
  • Read CAD drawings to determine required materials for each job.
  • Recognize and pull all components needed for hybrid booths.
  • Perform regular inventory checks using Impact XM's inventory management system
  • Contribute regularly to the cleanliness of the warehouse
  • Monitor assets, reporting damages or refurbishment needs to supervisors.
  • Restock and organize assets in designated areas, keeping the warehouse in tour-ready condition.
  • Work independently while following production schedules set by the Operations Coordinator.
