About The Position
Fletcher Home is seeking enthusiastic Shows & Events Promoters to join their team. This is a flexible, part-time position located in Northern Virginia, working at various shows and events. The role involves being the face of Fletcher Home, engaging with the public at community events, fairs, and shows, sparking conversations, sharing information about the company's services, and encouraging homeowners to initiate home improvement projects. Requirements
- Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Outgoing, personable, and comfortable starting conversations
- Effective communicator in person, by phone, text, and email
Nice To Haves
- Experience in customer service or sales is a plus
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers at shows, fairs, and events
- Represent Fletcher Home and share our services (roofing, siding, windows, doors, decks, baths)
- Maintain a friendly, energized, and approachable demeanor
- Schedule appointments for interested homeowners
- Arrive on time and ready to go for all scheduled shifts
