About The Position

Immediate openings for Brand Ambassadors in Katy, Pearland, Conroe and the Woodlands at high-traffic retail locations, start as soon as 5/11. If you’re competitive, outgoing, and want an entry-level opportunity where your effort directly drives your income, this role is for you. Experience in customer service, brand ambassador work, event marketing, promotions, canvassing, or entry-level sales is helpful but not required. We provide a structured training program designed for success. Performance-based earnings ($18-$30/ per hour) Paid training High-traffic retail partnerships and events Flexible scheduling Clear path for advancement into sales roles As a Brand Ambassador, you will represent Expo Home Improvement at retail locations, shows and events throughout the Houston area. Your primary responsibility is engaging homeowners and setting qualified appointments for our sales team.

Requirements

  • Strong communicator
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and performance-driven
  • Reliable transportation and availability for events
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.).
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. (e.g., event materials, signage).
  • Comfortable with prolonged periods of speaking and engaging with the public.
  • Ability to travel to multiple locations within a workday (retail sites and events).
  • Must be able to stop, reach, and bend occasionally when setting up booths or materials.
  • Must be able to report to and work from different assigned locations, which may vary day to day based on business needs.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in customer service, brand ambassador work, event marketing, promotions, canvassing, or entry-level sales is helpful but not required.
