About The Position
Pine Ridge Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dependable full-time Shower Aide to provide residents with respectful, thoughtful personal care. The role helps residents feel comfortable, confident, and cared for while supporting their dignity, privacy, and independence. Shower Aides work with nursing staff and contribute to a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Requirements
- Be compassionate, patient, and dependable.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to follow care instructions and safety guidelines.

Nice To Haves
- Previous healthcare or caregiving experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with bathing, showering, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Provide care while maintaining each resident's dignity, privacy, and independence.
- Monitor residents' skin condition and report concerns or changes to nursing staff.
- Keep shower rooms clean, organized, and properly stocked.
- Follow infection prevention and safety procedures.
- Communicate with nursing staff regarding residents' needs and preferences.
- Help create a positive, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for residents.
