About The Position

The Bath/Shower Aide provides bathing and shower assistance and daily care to residents with compassion and respect. The role supports residents’ comfort, dignity, and well-being while working with the interdisciplinary healthcare team under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). This is a part-time weekend position scheduled Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. Pay is $20.00–$22.91, depending on experience, with shift differentials ranging from $1.00 to $2.25. A retention bonus of $1,000 is offered for part-time employees.

Requirements

Valid and active CNA certification.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with bathing and showers.
Deliver daily care to residents as directed by the Charge Nurse.
Support residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including hygiene, mobility, nutrition, and hydration.
Ensure individual Plans of Care are followed and updated as needed.
Promptly respond to resident calls and requests.
Monitor and report changes in skin condition or signs of pressure areas.
Assist with restorative and rehabilitative activities, as assigned.
Foster a supportive and respectful environment for residents and coworkers.
