About The Position
The Shower Aide/Caregiver assists residents with daily living activities and helps maximize their independence. The role provides prompt, friendly, professional services that meet each resident’s needs and preferences. Care is delivered in a manner that supports residents’ independence, choice, dignity, privacy, individuality, and a home-like environment. This weekend position is with Marquis Companies in Oregon. Marquis describes caregiving as a starting point for people interested in nursing or other healthcare careers and notes opportunities for advancement across its network of facilities and services.
Requirements
- Ability to deal tactfully with people.
- Patience and a cheerful disposition.
- Customer-service orientation.
