About The Position

Five Star Bath Solutions is seeking friendly, energetic, and dependable professionals to represent their brand at various events including home shows, expos, festivals, retail locations, and community events. The role involves creating a welcoming experience, introducing homeowners to bathroom-remodeling solutions, and scheduling complimentary in-home consultations. No prior remodeling expertise is required, as paid training, talking points, and necessary tools will be provided. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, goal-oriented, genuine, respectful, and not overly pushy.

Requirements

• An outgoing, approachable personality and confidence speaking with new people.
• Reliability, punctuality and commitment to assignments once accepted.
• Strong communication, active-listening and interpersonal skills.
• A professional appearance and positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Comfort working independently and following a conversational script without sounding scripted.
• Comfort using a tablet or smartphone and willingness to participate in paid training.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Customer service, hospitality, retail, promotional, event or sales experience is helpful but not required; home-improvement experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Start friendly, natural conversations with event attendees.
• Introduce homeowners to our services, products and current promotions using approved messaging.
• Ask thoughtful questions to identify interested, qualified homeowners.
• Collect accurate lead information and schedule complimentary in-home consultations for the sales team.
• Support approved giveaways, contests and event offers.
• Set up, maintain and break down a clean, inviting and professional display.
• Record leads accurately using a tablet, smartphone or paper form and submit a brief event recap after each shift.
• Represent Five Star Bath Solutions with enthusiasm, professionalism and integrity.
