About The Position

We are Five Star Bath Solutions™ of CT, RI and Southern MA and we are looking for friendly, energetic and dependable professionals to represent our brand at home shows, expos, festivals, retail locations and community events where you will create a welcoming experience, introduce homeowners to our bathroom-remodeling solutions and help interested attendees schedule a complimentary in-home consultation. No remodeling expertise is required. We provide paid training, approved talking points and the tools you need to feel confident. The best promoters are enthusiastic and goal-oriented while remaining genuine, respectful and never overly pushy.

Requirements

• An outgoing, approachable personality and confidence speaking with new people.
• Reliability, punctuality and commitment to assignments once accepted.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• A professional appearance and positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Comfort working independently and following a conversational script without sounding scripted.
• Comfort using a tablet, smartphone, or paper form to record leads accurately and submit a brief event recap after each shift.
• Strong communication, active-listening and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service, retail, promotional, event or sales experience is helpful but not required; home-improvement experience is a plus
• If you can comfortably start a conversation with almost anyone; are approachable, dependable and enthusiastic without being pushy; and you understand that great event marketing begins with genuine connections, attentive listening and helping interested homeowners take the next step then YOU WILL THRIVE HERE.

Responsibilities

• Start friendly, natural conversations with event attendees and introduce homeowners to our services, products and current promotions
• Ask thoughtful questions to identify interested, qualified homeowners while representing the brand with enthusiasm, professionalism and integrity.
• Collect accurate lead information and schedule complimentary in-home consultations for the sales team.
• Set up, maintain and break down a clean, inviting and professional display.
