Responsibilities

  • Use knife to perform quality cut on the front half shoulders on the cone line.
  • After performing the cut drop wing onto wing belt
  • Employee will grab the tender without excessive tearing and remove from the small front.
  • Must be able to grip a knife and cut the shoulders.
  • Employee will remove bones on a moving cone line.
  • Must be able to work on a moving cone line running at approximately 36-72 birds per minute
