About The Position

The primary responsibility of the Wing Cutter is to cut the wing off the WOG. This role requires maintaining a fast pace to keep up with production, which is approximately 18 birds per minute. The employee must use proper technique and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Cut the wing off the WOG and place it in a carousal belt.
• Pull the wing down with one hand and make a downward cut at the wing joint with a handheld knife.
• Keep up with production, which equates to approximately 18 birds per minute.
• Use proper technique.
• Perform other duties as deemed necessary by the supervisor.
