Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of shop or oilfield equipment experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to read schematics, drawings, and work orders
- Experience operating shop equipment and forklifts
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs on drilling equipment
- Diagnose mechanical issues and provide effective solutions
- Work independently while supporting shop operations
- Mentor and assist Shop Technician Level 1 team members
- Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
