About The Position

Redi Services, LLC is hiring a Shop Mechanic for a full-time, long-term opportunity at its Carlin, Nevada location. The role involves maintaining and repairing light- and heavy-duty trucks and their attached equipment. The mechanic will troubleshoot and diagnose wiring issues, work on hydraulic and brake systems, and perform engine and transmission repairs and rebuilds. The position requires strong record keeping, time management, and teamwork. Candidates must have their own tools or be willing to participate in the company’s tool allowance program. Starting pay is $38.00 per hour, depending on experience. Applicants must be willing and able to pass an initial and periodic drug screens and a background check upon hire.

Requirements

Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose wiring issues and work on hydraulics, brakes, engines, and transmissions for light- and heavy-duty trucks and attached equipment.
Excellent record-keeping skills.
Excellent time-management skills and ability to work with teammates.
Must have personal tools or be willing to participate in the tool allowance program.
Must be willing and able to pass initial and periodic drug screens and a background check upon hire.

Nice To Haves

MSHA Surface Certification preferred but not required.
Class A CDL preferred but not required.
