About The Position

The Shop Manager will be a true leader in control of every aspect of their own building. The majority of the time will be spent in the shop leading from an eyes-on-production mindset. This role involves partnering with an Office Manager to ensure excellent communication from the front door to the shop floor, implementing and holding employees accountable to policies, identifying and maintaining a positive culture, and ensuring quality control and safety standards are met. The Shop Manager will also be responsible for ensuring leases, licenses, and permits are current, interviewing, selecting, and training employees, utilizing management and estimating systems, and understanding business financials to meet financial goals. Extensive training will be provided in each department before taking on full Store Manager responsibilities.

Requirements

Must be able to lift, squat, kneel, bend and manage car parts in excess of 50 pounds.
Must have a valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the auto body / automotive / dealership industry, or relatable field is preferred but not required. We will teach and train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Understand business financials and meet financial goals.
Spend time training in each department before taking on Store Manager responsibilities.
