About The Position

USA Industries, LLC. is an ISO 9001:2015-certified American manufacturer of piping isolation and testing products, flow measurement products, heat exchanger tools, and tube plugs. The Shop Helper is responsible for packaging and supports production by handling materials and goods, following work instructions, and helping maintain a safe, organized work environment. The role requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety and quality, and collaboration with team members to meet production goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read basic work instructions and follow directions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with shop safety practices.
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more regularly.
• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in hot and/or dusty environments with noisy conditions.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in industrial manufacturing.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment.
• Shipping and receiving experience.

Responsibilities
