About The Position

Transteck, Inc. is hiring a Shop Foreman at its Freightliner of Philadelphia dealership in Levittown, Pennsylvania. The Shop Foreman is directly responsible for supervising, motivating, and assisting technical staff in a fast-paced service environment. The role includes billing work performed on repair orders, dispatching work to technicians, monitoring shop productivity, following up on work progress, and coordinating parts orders with the parts department. The facilities are kept clean as part of providing service to customers. The position is with Transteck, Inc., a truck dealer with 14 locations and four body shops, more than 200 trained technicians, over $7 million in parts inventory, and state-of-the-art facilities. The company describes its resources as supporting facilities, training, and equipment, while its locations are small enough to provide personal attention. Requirements

Experience working in an automobile or truck service center in a supervisory role.
Some experience as a mechanic.
Excellent communication skills.
