Shop Foreman - 2nd shift
About The Position
Transteck, Inc. has an immediate opening for a 2nd shift Shop Foreman at our Freightliner of New Stanton location. This position is directly responsible for supervising, motivating, and assisting technical staff. Essential job functions include billing out work performed on Repair Orders, dispatching work to technicians, monitoring shop productivity, following up with work progress, and coordinating parts orders with the parts department. Our facilities are kept clean and the pace is fast, all part of providing the best service to our customers.
Requirements
- Experience in working in an Automobile or Truck Service Center in a supervisory role
- Be able to work 1st or 2nd shift as required
- Some experience as a mechanic
- Excellent communication and supervisory skills
- Familiarity with computers
- Must pass background & criminal records check, physical exam and drug screen
Nice To Haves
- Experience with CDK (ADP) business systems
