Requirements

Strong experience in forklift, heavy equipment, or industrial repair
Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Proven ability to perform high-quality repairs independently
Experience or willingness to lead safety initiatives and enforce compliance
Interest or experience in mentoring or training others
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Responsibilities

Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on equipment
Lead by example in safety, quality, and efficiency
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with company safety policies and procedures
Identify and address potential safety risks within the shop
Support and guide technicians in troubleshooting and repair processes
Train and mentor less experienced technicians
Help manage workflow, priorities, and shop organization
Review completed work to ensure accuracy, completeness, and safety compliance
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Communicate effectively with service management and team members
