The role is directly responsible for supervising, motivating, and assisting technical staff. The Shop Foreman bills out work performed on Repair Orders, dispatches work to technicians, monitors shop productivity, follows up on work progress, and coordinates parts orders with the parts department. Requirements

Experience working in an automobile or truck service center in a supervisory role.
Ability to work second shift.
Some experience as a mechanic.
