About The Position

Dave Wright Nissan Subaru is seeking a Shop Foreman to lead its high-volume service department. Responsibilities

• Manage technician dispatching and shop workflow.
• Follow established processes and hold the team accountable to them.
• Provide ongoing training to service department personnel.
• Evaluate performance, recognize accomplishments, and hold one-on-one meetings with team members.
• Motivate and encourage service staff to reach their full potential.
• Maintain above-average customer service scores for the department.
• Assist guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Retain current service customers and encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with other dealership departments to accomplish common goals.
• Perform other duties as required.
