Requirements

• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel
• SAP experience a plus
• ASA experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to take direction and complete tasks with minimum supervision
• Driven individual with honesty and integrity
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus
• Ability to stand and sit for duration of shift, for a minimum of 8 hours

Responsibilities

• Provide general support to visitors, direct customers and deliveries
• Print tags on jobs for daily production
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for each job
• Compose and revise as necessary Service Delivery support documentation
• Experience with dispatch operations and inventory control systems
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
