About The Position

The Shoe Stylist applies selling techniques to merchandise and develops a client base to build sales. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining sales productivity, understanding product information and promotions, and assisting with store operations. The position is part-time.

Requirements

1–2 years of retail experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to process information or merchandise through a computer system and POS register system.
Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service in a customer-friendly environment, including greeting and acknowledging every customer.
Maintain outstanding standards in all aspects of customer service.
Understand product information, merchandise promotions, test merchandise, and advertising efforts.
Demonstrate salesmanship by consistently achieving and maintaining sales productivity levels.
Assist with store operations, including floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, cleaning duties when necessary, and returning products to inventory as needed.
Be flexible and occasionally perform work outside the specific role.
