About The Position
The Shoe Stylist applies selling techniques to merchandise and develops a client base to build sales. The role provides customer service in a customer-friendly environment, maintains product knowledge, and contributes to store operations.
Requirements
- One to two years of retail experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to process information or merchandise through a computer system and POS register system.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule during retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service, including greeting and acknowledging every customer and maintaining high customer-service standards.
- Understand product information, merchandise promotions, test merchandise, and advertising efforts.
- Demonstrate salesmanship and consistently achieve and maintain sales productivity levels.
- Assist with store operations, including floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, cleaning when necessary, and returning products to inventory as needed.
- Be flexible and occasionally perform work outside the specific role.
