About The Position

The Shoe Stylist applies selling techniques to merchandise and develops a client base to build sales. The role provides outstanding customer service in a customer-friendly environment and supports sales productivity and store operations.

Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to process information or merchandise through the computer system and POS register system.
Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.

Nice To Haves

1–2 years of retail experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by creating a customer-friendly environment and greeting and acknowledging every customer.
Maintain outstanding standards in all aspects of customer service.
Understand product information, merchandise promotions, test merchandise, and advertising efforts.
Demonstrate salesmanship and consistently achieve and maintain sales productivity levels.
Assist with store operations, including floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, cleaning duties when necessary, and returning products to inventory as needed.
Remain flexible and occasionally perform work outside the specific role.
