About The Position

The Shoe Grader works in an Idaho Youth Ranch Distribution Center, sorting donated items and directing quality goods to thrift stores for sale. Proceeds help fund the organization’s programs and services for Idaho youth. The role represents Idaho Youth Ranch to donors and visitors, contributes to production goals, and follows a safety-minded approach. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Candidates must be within a reasonable distance of the Idaho location.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have an eye for detail and quality.
• Be within a reasonable distance of the Idaho location.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Idaho Youth Ranch to donors and visitors.
• Sort donated goods into a variety of categories.
• Work to meet production goals.
• Maintain a safety mindset.
