About The Position

Bloomingdale’s Shoe Expeditor Professionals support store execution and help create a seamless, easy, and enjoyable shopping experience. The role involves assisting customers, processing new merchandise, recovering the shoe sales area, and maintaining high customer-service and presentation standards. Colleagues use tools, technology, and teamwork to fulfill customer orders and meet merchandising and operational needs.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers.
Resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Self-starter able to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods; the role may involve reaching, crouching, kneeling, stooping, color vision, and climbing ladders.
Frequently lift or move up to 30 pounds.
Frequently use computers and other technology, including handheld electronic equipment.

Responsibilities
