About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Shipping Professional who is highly detail-oriented and proficient in utilizing computer systems to manage shipping operations. This position is fully computer-based, with a primary focus on coordinating and processing shipments through digital platforms rather than hands-on warehouse activities. Please note, this role is based in an office environment and not in a warehouse location.

Requirements

High efficiency with technology and computers
Knowledge of Google Sheets
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong knowledge of professional sports teams.
Ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
Basic computer skills for printing labels.
A minimum of one year of verifiable, computer-based professional shipping experience is required and must be clearly reflected on your resume.
Must have experience with shipping technology
Must be punctual and consistent in attendance.
Ability to start immediately strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Process and manage outbound shipments using shipping and logistics software platforms and spreadsheets
Generate shipping labels, packing slips, and required documentation with a high degree of accuracy
Verify order details, addresses, and shipping methods to ensure timely and error-free delivery
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve shipping discrepancies, delays, or order issues
Monitor shipment status and proactively communicate updates or exceptions
Maintain accurate records of shipments, tracking information, and related data
Ensure compliance with carrier requirements, company policies, and shipping regulations
Optimize shipping methods and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Assist with returns processing and related documentation as needed
Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying process gaps and recommending solutions
