About The Position

Wearwell is a global industry leader in the anti-fatigue matting market. We have an opening in our warehouse for a Shipping Team Member. This is a 1st shift position (6:00 a.m. until 2:30 p.m.) Monday through Friday, with a pay rate of $20.00 to $21.00 per hour. We are looking for individuals who want to join our team and potentially build a long-term career with us.

Requirements

Prior warehouse experience and/or equivalent education, training, and experience in job-related activities.
Ability to work independently, adhere to work schedule, and manage regular duties with minimal supervision.
Ability to communicate in English and comprehend simple instructions.
Able to stand and walk for 8 to 10-hour shifts and regularly lift and/or move up to 35 lbs.
PC literacy and the ability to work with others in a positive manner.
Reliable attendance is necessary.

Responsibilities

Pick, pack, stage, and load finished orders according to shipping instructions.
Maintain bin stock levels and restock inventory.
Locate and gather product or raw materials for production areas.
Operate hand truck, cart, forklift, or order-picker to transport items.
Maintain a safe work environment by performing job functions in a safe manner while maintaining good housekeeping practices.
Retain productivity related to standards based on assigned task(s).
Able to work overtime and weekends, as necessary.
React positively to change.
Perform other duties as requested.
