About The Position
The Shipping Specialist is responsible for picking and packing natural products and sending them out to customers nationwide. This is a full-time permanent position working five days per week, Monday through Saturday, from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm at the Workshop in Canmore, Alberta. The specific days worked will vary within this schedule.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team-oriented, self-motivated, self-starter
- Intermediate written and spoken English skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a rapidly changing environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Capable of handling physical work, including: bending, pushing, pulling, standing and lifting weight up to 50lbs (23kg) repetitively
- Ability to work in a highly scented environment
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
Responsibilities
- Review orders received from our sales channels (E-Commerce, Retail, Strategic Partnerships)
- Pick product orders from inventory ensuring accuracy
- Pack orders according to Rocky standards
- Ship orders and process online via UPS/Canada Post
- Manage inventory control system
- Clean and maintain work station
