About The Position

The Shipping Shuttle Driver operates a shuttle truck and performs shipping-related duties. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with Saturdays as needed, from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. The role may require working in other areas or assignments, as needed. Work can take place in outside areas with extreme cold or heat.

Requirements

• Must be dependable and self-motivated.
• Must be willing to work in other areas or assignments as required.
• Must be able to work weekends and nights.
• Must be able to lift 70 pounds, with moderate to heavy lifting required.
• Must be able to read customer orders accurately and have basic math skills.
• Must be able to work in outside areas with extreme cold and extreme heat.
• Must be able to speak and write English.
• Must be able to operate a forklift and pallet jack.
• Must be able to operate a shuttle truck.
• Must have a valid Texas Driver’s License and pass a driving background check.
• Must successfully complete Pilgrim’s Smith Safety Training.
• Must have a Class A CDL.
• Must have 6 months of truck-with-trailer driving experience.

Responsibilities
