About The Position

The Shipping & Receiving Supervisor oversees daily shipping and receiving operations to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient movement of products and materials. The role leads warehouse personnel, coordinates priorities, maintains inventory accuracy, and ensures transactions are properly recorded in company ERP and warehouse management systems.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Shipping, Receiving, Warehouse, or Logistics operations.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
• Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems and ability to quickly learn and manage system transactions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.

• Bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead daily Shipping & Receiving activities and warehouse personnel.
• Plan and organize workload, priorities, staffing, and dock activities.
• Ensure accurate receiving, shipping, staging, labeling, and inventory transactions.
• Monitor system transactions and maintain accurate records in ERP/WMS systems.
• Coordinate with Operations, Production, Purchasing, and Customer Service to ensure smooth material flow.
• Train, coach, and develop team members while maintaining safety and productivity standards.
• Identify operational issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, inventory controls, and safety requirements.
