About The Position

This full-time role is based in a food manufacturing environment and supports shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities. The position works in Low Bay/ASRS on the 2nd shift, D Crew, from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Thursday through Saturday and every other Wednesday. Starting pay is $19.00 per hour, with an additional $2.00 shift differential for work from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. The company notes opportunities for advancement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of related experience.
• Comfort recommending areas for improvement or efficiency and advocating for safety.
• Ability to operate a scale, postage meter, and other office equipment.
• Knowledge of mailing procedures such as C.O.D., next day air, and 2nd day air.
• Ability to regularly handle packages weighing up to 34 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process internal material orders through phone, email, or inter-office communication, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Reconcile SAP system data with physical inventory, identify discrepancies, and report them to warehouse personnel.
• Package and ship materials, promotional items, and departmental packages, maintaining accurate shipment records for tracking and accountability.
• Generate barcode tags and maintain real-time material traceability through SAP.
• Assist with paperwork audits and resolve order-related discrepancies.
• Audit inventory in packaging and storage locations.
• Help maintain stock levels of forms and point-of-purchase (P.O.P.) materials.
