About The Position

Essity is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to support a fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment focused on safety, fulfillment, and customer service. The role works within Essity safety standards and includes responsibility for the safety of others. The operator handles raw materials, finished goods, production supplies, waste, and outbound loads; maintains accurate documentation and warehouse organization; and operates and maintains forklifts and other logistics handling equipment. The operator will also learn to operate and troubleshoot automated gantry, storage, unitizer, and palletizer equipment. The position works rotating 8-hour southern swing shifts. The stated compensation is $31.77–$32.75 per hour, with shift differentials, overtime pay after eight hours daily, and double time on Sundays. The ideal candidate could live in Neenah, Wisconsin.

Requirements

• HSED or diploma required.
• At least 1 year of demonstrated safe forklift operation experience using pallet fork and clamp functions.

Nice To Haves

• Previous machine operator experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work within Essity safety standards and take responsibility for the safety of others.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished goods, visually checking for damage, quantity, and description.
• Block damaged raw materials or materials that deviate in quantity or description.
• Prepare raw materials and finished goods supplies for production lines.
• Remove production waste and return blocked raw materials and finished goods.
• Organize and prepare outbound loads.
• Store and allocate raw materials, returns, blocked materials, waste, finished goods, and recycled materials using the correct location codes.
• Complete required documentation and data files during unloading, storage, removal, and cycle counts.
• Operate and maintain forklift trucks and other logistics handling equipment.
• Learn to operate and troubleshoot automated gantry, storage, unitizer, and palletizer equipment.
• Maintain optimal housekeeping in the warehouse and waste baler area.
