About The Position

This role is responsible for coordinating shipping and receiving activities, ensuring all customer requirements for domestic and international shipments are met. The position involves managing sales orders, shipment issues, packaging requirements, and label ordering processes. The coordinator will also assist with inventory management, create purchase orders for external services, and handle the loading/unloading of trucks and deliveries via company van.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver's License
5 – 7 years of experience or 0 – 2 years’ experience with Associate’s degree.
Above average computer skills.
Understanding of Microsoft Office.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work with all levels of management.
Good driving record

Responsibilities

Understand all shipping requirements for each customer, both international and domestic.
Communicate any issues with Sales Orders or shipments to Materials Supervisor and Customer Operations.
Understand packaging requirements for all FG items.
Complete understanding of label ordering processes for all customers.
Assist in providing Buyer information on reordering packaging supplies and IFU’s.
Create PO’s for Outside Service Providers.
Assist with loading and unloading trucks for incoming and outgoing material.
Perform deliveries with company van.
