About The Position

Flex is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator in Dallas, Texas, to process inbound and outbound shipment activities. The position reports to the Materials Manager and is scheduled Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM.

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into Axiom, a new independent publicly traded company, with the spin planned for Q1 2027. If the spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, which focuses on critical digital infrastructure and end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in shipping and receiving, logistics, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills.
• Solid organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with cycle counting, picking and posting, and working with an MRP/ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload deliveries using forklifts, dollies, or hand trucks.
• Verify the quality and count of items unloaded from trucks and trailers against supplier counts, and promptly report discrepancies to carriers, the supervisor, and the purchasing department according to company policy.
• Notify the supervisor of major discrepancies, over-shipments, or substitutions.
• Stage received material and product in appropriate locations.
• Create shipping and receiving receipts in the system.
• Inspect received material and product, document issues, and refuse deliveries that do not meet quality standards.
• Maintain inventory management systems to ensure orders are updated and required billing documents are provided to accounting or other associated departments.
• Stage product in the appropriate area for pickup by the shipping carrier.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
