About The Position

Walmart Central Fill Pharmacy is a specialized pharmacy that processes and dispenses prescriptions for multiple retail pharmacy locations within a region. Its automated operations help fill prescriptions quickly and accurately. Although the role is not patient-facing, it supports retail pharmacies so they can spend more time providing clinical services and education to their communities.

Shipping & Receiving Coordinators receive, organize, and ship pharmacy products; process inventory using handheld scanners and computer systems; and accurately pack and label prescriptions for shipment. The role also involves maintaining inventory accuracy and quality standards, moving and lifting products up to 50 pounds, and working safely in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The listed schedules are first shift, Sunday, Monday, Thursday, and Friday, 5:45 a.m.–4:15 p.m.; or third shift, Sunday, Monday, Thursday, and Friday, 8:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m. The onsite hiring event is November 19, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, at Walmart Central Fill Pharmacy, 2501 Perry Rd, Plainfield, IN 46168.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable using scanners and basic computer applications.
• Able to stand, lift, and work 10-hour shifts.

• Shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
